Shipping, T&Cs and FAQ

Postage & Handling

We ship Australia Wide using Australia Post and have a flat shipping rate of $10.00.

At checkout you will also be given the option to pick up your order from the Bondi Markets at Bondi Beach Public School on Sunday between 10am - 3:30 PM. Orders must be processed prior to 9PM AEST on Tuesday, in order to have your order ready for Sunday of the same week. Orders placed after 9PM AEST will be ready to collect from the markets the following Sunday. 

Our international shipping rate for prints only is $25.00AUD. We do not ship framed prints internationally. 

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. We do not accept change of mind, however, if you're product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase date, so we can organise an exchange or store credit (minus the cost of postage). We will issue an address and details to arrange to return your product. Cost of return (except in the case of damaged goods) is the responsibility of the customer. 

All of our prints are quality checked by two parties during the packing process. Care must be taken when unrolling prints from postage tubes. We do not take responsibility for damaged caused when unpacking. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. 
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed within 2 business days or exchanged goods dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
FAQs
Do you have a studio or shop?
A goal for the future is to have a boutique to showcase and sell our work. At this stage, our prints are available for purchase online or at the Bondi Markets every Sunday -  located at Bondi Beach Public School - Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach. 
Where are the Bondi Markets located? and what are the hours of operation?
Bondi Markets  operates every Sunday from 10am - 4pm at  Bondi Beach Public School - Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach.   In the case of extreme weather the markets may be cancelled. 
I selected to pick up my order from the Bondi Markets but I can't make it anymore - what happens next? 
If you are unable to make it to the market to collect your order, we will bring it the following Sunday. If you require it sooner, send an email to hello@thelighttheory.com and we can arrange shipping (Australia wide $8.95, International $45.00). 
Can I purchase the digital copy of a print? 
Our prints are available in a range of sizes - framed or unframed.  We do not sell digital copies.  If you're a business and would like to use one of our images for print, please email hello@thelighttheory.com 
Do you sell your prints wholesale? 
Yes we do. If you are a business looking to stock our range, please email hello@thelighttheory.com and request a wholesale pack, otherwise, give us a call on 0414 586 772.
